🏡 Cozy Cabin Lodging: Stay right on site! Each cabin accommodates 3 retreaters with comfortable individual twin beds, a separate double-vanity area for easy morning prep, and a private enclosed wet area (shower & toilet). Amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, TV, hair dryer, linens, towels and luggage racks — everything you need for a cozy, relaxing stay.

🚗 Hassle-Free Arrival: Drive right up to your cabin door to unpack your sewing machine and stash—no heavy lifting required!

✈️ Flying In? We've Got You Covered! If you're traveling from afar, several nearby airports make getting here a breeze (roughly 45 minutes to 1.5 hours away):

XNA – Northwest Arkansas National Airport

JLN – Joplin Regional Airport

TUL – Tulsa International Airport

🍳 Delicious Meals: We’ll keep you fueled! Includes scrumptious brunch and dinner on each full day, plus a farewell brunch on Saturday. (Local lodging options available if you prefer to sleep elsewhere!)

✨ Mystery Excursion (Add-On): Want a little extra adventure? We’ll be announcing an exclusive, optional excursion 2 months before the retreat (additional fee applies)!

🎟️ Investment & Booking Details

Total Cost: $695 (Includes lodging, meals, mini-projects, game night, and unlimited sewing fun!)

Deposit: A 50% down payment is required at checkout to lock in your spot.

Remaining Balance: The final balance will be invoiced 2 months prior to your retreat date. You will also be able to pay for the optional excursion at that time if you choose to add on.
